The lobby was very inviting and so clean! The young lady who checked us in was so very sweet, polite, and helpful. Walked into a room that smelled so refreshing and it was so spacious and super clean. It had all the amenities that we needed and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! So many foods to choose from and the sweet little lady preparing the food was so kind and diligent to keep all the food supplied as needed. She was constantly present if you needed anything.

We stayed on the way to our destination and a week later on return trip home. The same front desk clerk was working both check ins. She said 2 sentences both time being sign here, and location of room. We do not have a common last name and hotel not full. There was no welcome back, thank you for choosing us again, nothing. At the first check in I thought maybe just a bad day. Not the case, same unfriendliness on return trip.
