The “NO REFUND AFTER CHECKING IN” sign should have made me turn and RUN!
I did not like anything except getting off the highway.
Negatives:
Sticky floors - poorly maintained building, wifi issues - on/off repeatedly.
Didn’t even touch bath tub cause it looked dirty, grateful for the few white towels - they appeared usable.
Unfriendly check in check out clerk - I should have counted the money spent a loss and went elsewhere -

That when we got in room we found burn holes in sheets and blankets. The room looked like they had not finished the remodel and what they had finished was done by a toddler.i will NOT RENT A ROOM AGAIN WITH OUT LOOKING AT IT

Positives:
The staff were friendly and as helpful as possible. We did end up getting a partial refund for the issues that we had with the room, so that was appreciated.
Negatives:
Our room did not appear to be cleaned prior to our check in.The bathroom had not been cleaned and the floors were sticky; the toilet was stopped up. The mini fridge/freezer was not only frozen up and needed to be defrosted, but it also had old food in there and the shelves needed to be wiped down.
Overall, the room could use some updating as there is heavy wear and tear on ALL furniture and paint. One of the drawers in the dresser was actually completely broken and just kind of hung out.
The pictures that were advertised showed a pool that was nice and full and should have been in season to be open. However, the pool was not operational (apparently has not been for 3 years according to staff). That was one of the main reasons why I had chosen this hotel over another one in the same budget range, so the kids and I were very disappointed that we could not swim during our stay.
