The door entrance slammed hard every time someone enter the hotel where our room was so all through the night you would hear a loud bang waking you at night And they had no other rooms. I was there for 5 days

Poor breakfast, dirty room. They charged me $318 from my credit card without my authorization after I checked out. This is so obviously a credit card fraud.

Cleaning staff was excellent. Very helpful. The front desk was very accommodating. Probably the reason the room wasnt the cleanest was because of swaps made to meet my needs. Overall very good experience.

Room 309: Not a safe room!!! Door would not close unless you bolted and still was not secure. Room smelled. Curtains Dirty. Breakfast area not stocked at all!!!
