Very very clean! Nice front desk staff. The little couch in the room was comfortable as well. Various fluffiness of pillows to fit everyone's needs

The bed was very uncomfortable and sank in the middle in room 308. (King bed) maybe upgrade to a few USB inserts instead of all prong plugs for people who forget their charging bases?

Apparently it is lady bug/stink bug season. Had to swat a few bugs. It was a stormy night and the Super bowl so occasionally noisy but that's to be expected.
