Its going through renovation so the amenities are closed. The check in is temporarily around the back and the kiosk is temporarily in a crowded hallway. The room was cold and the thermostat had an error code. The restaurant still served great food but it was in a different location

Yes it's under construction which we weren't aware of because we booked thru a third party. We did the app check in and picked our room on floor 2. Well the construction was literally right under our room and we woke up to loud noises and vibrations. The room is dark, you could feel every miserable bed spring, my pillows went flat, sink was broken, and so was heater.

Reasonably priced and good location. Rooms were clean but dated. They are working on this.

The hotel is doing a major renovation so the main entrance was closed. We came in a side hall to a makeshift desk. The internet was down so we weren't able to get a key. An employee escorted us to our room and unlocked it.

The disability room was adequate for the situation of my knee replacement.

I was not informed that there would be no room service and I had to ask. I thought it was strange to have to ask for toilet paper and empty the waste cans ourselves. Next trip I will opt for the hotel with a free breakfast. The supper food was quite good
