Comfortable room and lovely staff. It was a good location for easy access to appointments, shopping and restaurants.
Negatives:
The BED! It was uncomfortably soft and we actually rotated the mattress. More firm pillows are needed, too. I had recently had physical therapy and that bed almost sent me back to the doctor. My husband agreed it was very uncomfortable. This was unfortunate because we enjoyed everything else.

Trash in the halls. Furniture in the rooms stained. Sheets were stained. For some reason the bed only had three pillows. The staff was unprofessional. The front desk clerk was sitting in the guest lounge upon my arrival. He greeted me but would not get up

Liked the kitchen area. Nice not to have to eat out all of the time. Liked the breakfast buffet.

You really couldn't walk to anything in the neighborhood. If there were good restaurants around, we didn't find them.
