3 people in room, had to get extra towels from front desk. Was there 5 days, did not have any maid service the entire time. The floor had not been vacuumed before we arrived, there was food alongside the beds and something like lint all over the floor. Problems with the doors on both end of hotel. Parking lot was a mess with all of the hardpack and potholes. Dogs did their business all over the parking lot. Even with the heat turned off, the rooms were extremely hot, had the air conditioner going as well as the window open (was on 2nd floor).

Room wasn't very clean. Ice bucket had ramen noodle and Bobby pin in it, No bag to put in. Bed was very stiff. Wyndham motels are usually very decent in my opinion but this one was privately owned and not up to par.

The location of the light switch was located in the middle of the headboard. I felt it was an odd location. Hotel appears to be in process of some upgrades.

Staff was very rude about every question, from room door not opening outside door and twice and having to walk around in really cold weather. Extremely rude & frankly disrespectful. Complained when key stop working. Customer service should never act like

There is always fresh Coffee, Hot Tea, cold water available in the lobby. The Breakfast is simple but satisfying and the waffles are great. the location can be difficult to access but very convenient to the airport.
Negatives:
The parking is kind of weird but conveniently close to the end of the building. The area in front of the building can be a little confusing about where to drive in the winter. This would not be a problem in the summer, but I have never stayed here in the Summer

Honestly, there was nothing I did like.

Wasn't satisfied with the cleaniess of the place. The room was ok.. not the best. There were places all over the walls that needed to be fixed. People's names written on the mirror above the bed. Wood paneling that was nearly torn off the walls. Definitely don't recommend.
