Negatives: Getting an extra towel for a week stay was like prying teeth. No workout facilities. Weird policy to make guest not staying show ID or get kicked put. Front door locked after midnight. I got off my flight just in time to make it. I felt unappreciated

Positives: Most of their breakfast was nice
Negatives: Staff are rude. They accused us of having "too much traffic" with "video evidence" yet they refused to show us the video, and also refused to get a manager involved. They then also charged me an extra $100- more than my one night even cost altogether.

Positives: I have stayed at this hotel many times before. It is clean, quite and conviently located to the airport.
Negatives: I had never stayed in the winter. The heat could not be regulated to a comfortable temperature. It was ot or cold.This made sleeping difficult. In entirety the bed comfort, breakfast,ability to see television there lack of,qualifys it as a 2 star hotel

Positives: The hotel is easy to get to and right off the highway. Friendly staff and easy check-in.
Negatives: The room was not clean. Hair on the counters and tub. The toilet paper holder was broken. The room said queen bed, but the bed was barely a full size. Security lock on door was broken. Only plain waffles with no syrup and raisin bran for breakfast.
