It looks well maintained and the restaurants food was excellent.
Negatives:
Not handicapped friendly. Had to be lifted from my wheelchair and taken into the main room because the door and entry were too small. Was also charged a extra $25 after we left for which the lady at the counter said is standard.

They placed a hold for $100 on my cc for contingencies and one month later, it’s still being held. I have contacted them numerous times, even stopping by once, and cannot get them to close out the transaction. They won’t return my calls either. My bank said they have to close out the transactions but they won’t. They are allowing it to remain in pending status and blame the bank.
I will not stay here again just due to the disrespect for my money and business.

staff are helpful - 2nd time staying at this facility and would use again - being able to eat at in-house restaurants is a big advantage compared to many other Anchorage facilities
Negatives:
Norma menu breakfast was cancelled and replaced by buffet due to staff issues. While that is "okay" what was not okay was the selection of buffet hot items were actually just luke warm - no heaters under food containers were evident or working
