+Clean, new, quiet, and convenient. Comfy bed. Clean tasting water with good pressure. Guest laundry facilities available (a reason we chose this hotel). Lots of food and drink available nearby. Close to small boat and float plane marina. Note: Taxi/Uber required to larger cruise ship harbor (not a factor in our selection).

Location was the strong point as it was close to hiking, restaurants, grocery and museums etc. Reception staff always friendly; from the description I thought there would be more of a view but the hotel is really just tucked away in an urban block.
