Being pet friendly, it should have had a place for pets to go to the bathroom. No grassy area, only rocks and mud.

There was no hand soap in the dispenser. And the toilet paper holder was broken. The eggs ran out by 8am and they didn’t re-fill. The pancake machine was complicating to handle .

Breakfast didn’t have many options for people who are gluten free. The tv didn’t work in our room and they knew it before they put us in it. We of course didn’t realize until we were unpacked.

The front desk staff when we arrived was very rude, didn’t smile at all, acted like we were bothering him by showing up, and was rude when we were asking questions about the process of making changes to our room. I wish we got his name, he demonstrated terrible customer service
