Positives:
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Eggs were terrible. Cooked on a muffin with cheese and very dry. No danish, coffee cake or sweets at all. Coffee was weak. very disappointed.

They charged me 179. When it was suppost to be 116.. I thought maybe included in deposit but then charged additional 60 for deposit when checking out I ask3d about it but they had a major water heater leak so was hectic I waited thinking credit would show and then reached out to Mgr.. she said they didn't charge even tho my bank showed it did .. they told me they were gonna credit back the 60 but by this time they already charged me 3 x 60 so then she said my card wasn't working . I made sure unlocked even transfered more money to act thinking I should have to just to rec. A credit they over charged for... so then Mgr goes charges me 60 again now 4x... when i called back its now Friday I've been dealing with this since Monday she is not avail until the following Monday now .. and I have to show all this proof to my bank now to dispute the charge cause they charged me so many times I haven't received call back again yet from mgmt

I came in very late around 10pm and the reservation was already paid for. I had to wait at the front desk for two hours before someone showed up because there was no one there. Very disappointing as I was already very tired and only booked the reservation to sleep.

Dissapointing and overpriced.

The only positives were that the location was nice and the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The room had an awful smell. There was small pieces of something brown in the bed and all over our towels and washcloths. When we arrived there was only one bath towel in the room. The window did not close fully and the air conditioner would not shut off and we could not change the temperature in the room. The floors were dirty. The bathroom counter was dirty. The shower temperature control was so corroded that you had to be extremely careful to not cut your hands on it when turning the shower on and off and it was rusty which really concerned me. We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay.

Doors easy for a 3 year old to escape, roaches, room overall disgusting. The bedcovers and sheets had to be inspected for obviouse stains and the room would probably glow blue. Never again.
