Grounds were beautiful. Pool was warm and comfortable.
Golf course grounds are very well maintained, staff was pleasant, pro shop cashier was very knowledgeable and informative.
Negatives:
Some of the linens were dingy and had micro cuts in them. Pool did not have food or drink service, and pool bar was closed.
With the exception of the ground floor, walkways were in need of serious cleaning.
I know the hotel is one of the oldest in the city, but the value to price, is as not worth it.

Large room with good amenities and powerful AC
Negatives:
Furnishings were worn. Bathroom floor was streaky and didn’t seem clean. Outdoor space was funky, with sprinklers constantly watering non-existent grass. Patio area was dirty and unpleasant and on ground floor next to street.
