The staff was very accommodating, friendly and available 24 hours/day. Kitchenette was stocked with utensils, which I didnt know I would need but did. Beds were so comfortable.
Negatives:
A/C was cold no matter what temp I set, so we just had to turn it off (but it was still cool enough to sleep well). Wish there was free filtered water for the room. Elevators had to be summoned separately.

The rooms were extremely nice, huge fridge and dishes and stove supplied. Good amenities, absolutely fantastic breakfast, the price was great. We stayed twice during our trip for a 3 night total.
Negatives:
No bedding for the pull out couch. Not ready for check in when we arrived 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Beer bottle cap behind the mattress on the bed.
