Negatives: We were disappointed in the breakfast each morning. Some items were room temperature/cold that should have been warm or hot, such as the eggs. Oatmeal was old and crusty. Items such as cream cheese and butter were now being served in open jars instead of individual packets. What I witnessed from guests made this type of serving unsanitary. The meat choices were not appealing and very cheap, such as chorizo, instead of bacon or sausage as in the past.

Negatives: I made the check in at march 7th, and the check out at march 10th. It charge my card in the check in. Also charge a $50 dolars for unforseen. In the check out it charged the card again. Duplicate the payment and do not return the $50.00 My confirmation number 83681951

Negatives: I didn’t have breakfast but my daughter went with her friend and said the eggs were gross and the apples were almost rotten.

Negatives: I didn't like that I didn't have time to get into the pool lol

Negatives: Room was dirty. Holes in walls. Hair in shower and on floors. Couch was filthy with 2 large crusty spots on cushions. Shampoo bottles were laying on the floor with top broken off.

Negatives: Better breakfast. No bacon, no sausage, no ham, need more gluten free items, and a nightly happy hour, not just one weekday..

Negatives: Could definitely have used more towels up front and the bathmat was in very sad shape, but that didn't really bother me. Slightly nicer toilet paper would also be nice, but then, it is a hotel.

Negatives: Staff frequently weren’t available at the front desk and generally not friendly except at checkin; At least four guest rooms didn’t have eating utensils or toilet paper; signage showed week night receptions but only offered on Wednesdays; Room service every other day but didn’t happen when due (said we indicated no service sign when we didn’t actually have a privacy sign in the room); Pool maintenance issues limited pool hours and hot tub availability; Received message the day before arrival that masks must be worn in all public spaces on Hilton properties worldwide but neither the staff or other guests were aware or received similar information; It took 3 days to have a bottle of body wash refilled; Carpets felt sticky/dirty; Half of the tv channels had ‘no signal’ and analog channels were snowy; A false fire alarm was set off late one evening; Multiple dogs were barking every time someone walked past that guest room; Overall, very poor customer service and understaffing likely combined to the overall lack of positive customer satisfaction at this property. Improvements can be made but not recommended at this time.

Negatives: Parking fee that I wasnt told about

Negatives: The housekeeping leaves something to be desired, the first room we checked in had no bedding, then we were moved to a slightly smaller room that had no forks. The rooms need more attention/supervision, the air vent in the bedroom was rattling it just needed to be tightened.
