Bathroom needs a serious update. The tub is extremely shallow and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Living area seating was not very comfortable.

The unprofessional front desk staff, tattered, stained furniture, unclean musty smelling room, trash under pullout couch, stained mattresses , dirty environment .

The room was a bit small, but clean. My room was initially missing the luggage rack and waste basket but the staff was quick to remedy that. They stop serving breakfast at 9:00 a.m. which is too early in my opinion.

Customer service was poor I was not met with any response about changing dates of my booking. I booked the stay for the wrong Friday abs within an hour put a request in and the following day put another request in and was never met with any reply.

smoke alarm beeped every 30 seconds. notified front desk they had no maintenance on duty told me to reach up and disconnect it. I cannot reach 8 ft they had no ladder had to wait until noon the next day for a manintence man to arrive. no sleep
