It was a good value for the cost of the first night only. The premises were fairly clean and not looking like an abandoned property. The remodeling work done in the interior was tastefully, albeit very cheaply, done and it looks nice for this type of hotel.
Negatives:
I did not like that the rate for the room was increased every day i was there. By the third night there, i was charged more than twice what i paid the first night. I asked about extending my stay for yet one more night due to my work schedule, but then they quoted me a rate of almost three (3) times the rate of the first night!! I would be staying in the same room, same linens same view, and same everything, except the rate was now almost three times as much as three nights ago. That is ridiculous, and so I moved to another hotel that is much closer to work, a much nicer hotel, and I'm paying the same rate of $70/night for the duration of my stay, which is end of May sometime.

Even though online it says breakfast but they only give us a bag with water a bread and a yogurt and the girl that gave it to me in the morning was not even nice normally a super 8 that I've been to before like in California or in Utah they actually make breakfast there which was cool so I don't know what the heck

The room was decent with microwave and fridge. AC was powerful and great!
Location was near the freeway and shops, restaurants. Gas station was also close by/across the street which was awesome!
Negatives:
The kitchen was not open. Given muffin, yogurt and bottle of water, but could be different everyday. The bathtub squeaks, the tv doesn't work, the phone doesn't work. The workers were loud at 5am! I could not sleep.

The rudeness of the employee, dirty room and I requested a handicap assessable room did not get one. They switched me to another room it also was not handicap assessable. First they gave me a room on second floor when I requested a room on the first floor

I didn't like the room, there was dust on the TV in the TV cabinet, the bathroom doesn't work, it's covered, the bed was poorly made and the mattress was lumpy and in the middle.
