The bed was like sleeping on a pallet. The floor was warped and buckled in the room on the second floor. The office didn’t call to verify our arrival time so we waited 2 hours at midnight for her to return. Another person had the same problem. We paid for a room for 24 hrs and only used it for 3hrs. Very little customer service.

The place can definitely use some TLC and a facelift. This is just what it says it is - an affordable motel. Once inside the room, it was obvious that the owner took the time to put in some really nice touches to balance out the lack of luxury. There were plenty of outlets, lamps that were bright enough to work with, accent flower vases and placemats, buckets for the towel presentation, nice toiletries, cushioned bar stools for the small table, and a *nice* and very clean frig and microwave. The wifi was unstable and quite slow, but there are two signs saying this outright in the office and the young man who checked me in stated the same. The floors were mopped clean and had no cracks or blemishes. Again, not cute cosmetically, but clean and includes the necessary things for a quick stay. When I checked in late in the day, there were simple sandwich cookies available on the breakfast shelf. For breakfast, the office had a box of bakery treats, coffee and fresh fruit available.

Let's see where to begin.. 1st the hotel attendee or front desk guy was very rude.. Was yelling at me and throwing papers and the key.. Very unprofessional. As if I was interrupting him.. When booked the room it was supposed to be smoking and TV and lights were on already.. No shampoo or conditioner but there was a box of baking soda.. like maybe 80 a room wouldn't be so bad being last minute
.. haaaa... Guess we got what we paid for huh.... should've just stayed at The 6...
