A perfect start when we arrived in the parking lot and a super friendly golf cart driver picked us up. It made a great first impression for us! In the short trip he gave us a run down on what the resort offered. Wonderful!
Negatives:
Our front desk lady was miserable, but the other three working at the desk were perfect with their guests! I guess we just picked the wrong one!

Check in process was very smooth. Restaurant on site was delicious. The room was very clean but when we came in, the A/C was set on 64. It was only about 50 degrees outside so the room seemed very cold.

Be more accommodating when booking through a third party. This was my first time booking and I requested an adjustment to our reservation. Instead the adjustment turned into a cancellation and a charge to my credit card. I have been trying to resolve this and have left multiple message but have not received a call back.
