Positives: This hotel was close to Banner Thunderbird hospital as well as some good restaurants.

Negatives: The hotel lobby, elevator, and exterior were very dirty. The room had a terrible order so we requested to be moved to a different room. The room was somewhat adequate. This hotel is very outdated and unfortunately not clean. Staff was rude. Worst CI ever.
