Michelle at the front desk was awesome! After checking in and going to our room, she called to see if we liked the room and made sure we had everything we needed. Professional, courteous and friendly! Loved our room and will stay there again. We go to Phoenix often and it's a great location to visit my Mom and Sister.

Staff was exceptional. Called us ahead of time to confirm our reservation & informed us our room would be ready for early check-in. In addition, they accommodated our request to be away from the elevators.
Negatives:
Currently under renovation created a couple “kinks”, but easily & quickly resolved by staff. The bathroom & sink need to have something to hang your towels on.
