Positives:
Front desk clerk was friendly and greeted us well. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was the thermostat which for the life of me I couldn't figure out but it was preset on a comfortable level so I just left it.

Staff is very rude and racist the night gals are the best but the manger and Tonia are terrible and i will not take my family back here again

The breakfast was ample with a good variety of foods. The property was very clean. The room was large and well appointed. There was a Culvers on the property lot. The staff was pleasnt.
Negatives:
The hotel was overpriced at over $360 a night including taxes. It was not close enough to the Camelback Park to walk. And one night i received no maid service and was told after that i needed to request maid service.

This was our first & last time in a Comfort Suites. We had a bad odor in our room, the tub never drained after bathing & the air conditioner sounded as if a hurricane was going in outside.

The walls in our room on the first floor were as thin as tissue paper. I could literally hear the woman on the phone in the next room telling the person she was talking to on the phone; her phone number. The breakfast was not good quality.at all. The eggs were bad, the sausages under cooked, the breads were stale, the fruit was not fresh and the coffee had to be made out of a machine that looked like something from the 1980s,.and tasted like it. Theres not a lot of work that would have to go into making FRESH coffee
