Positives:
The complimentary breakfast food is good and there is complimentary coffee/tea and water in the lobby at all times. The staff was friendly. The grounds are well kept. Nice refrigerator and microwave in each room. Our room was very quiet.
Negatives:
Our room was cleaned at the bare minimum each day. The mattress was pretty hard. Some days the breakfast area didn't open up until 2 hours after it was supposed to. The toilet seat was loose and there were holes in our shower curtain.

We enjoyed the friendly people who greeted us every day! We also enjoyed the waffles.
Negatives:
A warm swimming pool would have been nice!
