Positives:
Breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff person was friendly, professional and always refilling trays.
Negatives:
After driving 12 hours, having wonderful experiences in all prior Springhill Suites, we were extremely disappointed to learn that one of our rooms had been dropped and was not available. Instead we were given a left over undesirable room where refrigerator, bathroom exhaust fan, air conditioner etc did not work.
When nicely approaching early morning front desk staff the following morning, we were absolutely shocked to discover that our original King Suite from the night before had sat empty!!!! AM staff person was very apologetic and accommodating. We then transferred into our correct room at 9am. The remainder of our visit went well for all family members (3rooms) while attending a family wedding.

Our ac unit was not working properly. Room was uncomfortably hot. We had trouble even sleeping at night. Hotel staff said there was nothing they could do - that a new compressor was required and parts were on order. The housekeeping staff was also rude. We got late check out and they came to our door twice to tell us we needed to get out or we would be charged another full day. After confirming with front desk, this was incorrect information

Positives:
Great location and easy access to the freeway. Lobby was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Room was wonderful and super comfortable.
Negatives:
Our only complaint was the restroom was enclosed by a barn door that lit up the entire room at night. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and the card key quit working the next morning. Both of them.

I HAD JUST CAME FROM YOUR OTHER SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Cottonwood AND WAS EXPECTING THE SAME OF EVERYTHING. THIS ROOM WAS DIRTY AND IT WAS FALLING APART. BATHROOM DOOR WAS NOT CLOSING PROPERLY. IT WAS FELT LIKE IT WAS GONNA FALL DOWN. SHOWER AND BATHROOM FLOORS LOOKED LIKE IT WASNT CLEANED UP. THE CARPET LOOKED LIKE IT WAS NEVER VACCUM. FOUND FOOD WRAPPERS AND THE TRASH CANS DIDNT HAVE TRASH BAGS,
