Beds were very comfortable and the waffles were super tasty.

The pool and jacuzzi heater was out, and it didn't open until 2pm.

The breakfast was not good. Essentially a waffle machine and cereal. Not the "hot breakfast" advertised. Security plexiglass separating the desk attendant at check-in made it seem seedy. And a random rack of lost and found clothes being sold in the lobby.

Yes my friend arrived earlier than I did, and he was unable to go into the room The room was already paid for. I didn't know there was a policy about you having to be there in order for anybody to go into the room. That's the only thing that I found that

Everything. It was nice and clean and we felt safe.

There was nothing we didnt like. We had a very nice stay.

It was only one night. But it was clean and comfy, the hotel staff was friendly and efficient.
Negatives:
Went to my room, opened the door, and there was already someone there. The desk clerk apologized profusely, but it wasn't her fault (it was the previous clerk). The hair drier didn't work. The breakfast was merely toast and cereal. Not a good experience.
