The hotel was conveniently located off of I-40, clean, and felt safe. Shockingly good water pressure in the shower.

The lobby/breakfast area didn't open until 7am. As an interstate hotel, we were on the road well before then and judging from the parking lot most others were too. But that's nit picking I guess.

Very thin walls, could hear all the walking and noise from upper rooms. Staff not very friendly. Breakfast was ridiculous and sparse. Would not stay again.

It was very pricey for the room. I paid $---(plus $20 for a pet) and it wasnt quite worth that much money.

Clean and nice for the price point. The coffee maker was a 5-cup brewer which was great. Love the option for two queen beds with sufficient pillows. Bed was comfortable enough. Parking lot felt safe. We were just stopping while passing through down I-40.

It exceeded expectations for the price. No breakfast, but we're not breakfast people, and the coffee maker in the room was fine.

Front desk clerk was unfriendly; room was a bit cramped and though it was basically clean, the furnishings and the room in general were fairly shabby.

It was clean and we parked right in front of the door. It is nothing fancy but I think a good value and I would stay again if in Holbrook. Staff was efficient and helpful.
Negatives:
The town is a little sparse and it would have been nice if there was a little Starbucks or something in the hotel, because there aren't any in the town. The pool is right in front of the front lobby, so it might be fun for kids but I don't think it's relaxing for adults. The shower pressure is okay, but could be a little better.

If you're visiting Petrified Forest, this is a good place to stay and rest between enjoying nature.

Good budget option on a road trip!

Nothing. I was charged for a room I didnt stay in. The customer service was awful. Would not recommend.

Customer service. I had car trouble and was stuck on the side of the road with no cell service and no way to get there. Once I got cell service my first priority was to call the hotel to see if I could cancel without fees since I had been stuck for hours on the side of the road and was still 7+ hours away. If I had driven straight through i could have been there 3-4 hours before I had to check out. I was told sorry the property is very strict with its policy. Youll be charged anyways! That was it and within minutes, I was charged.
