Rename king roach. Or the silver rat. More fitting.

I stayed here a month. If you like roaches and mice this is the place, includes free semen stains on your desk chair

Staff will open the door unannounced while you are butt naked and not apologize but then tell booking .com they apologized.
At one point took booking.com had to step in as they had $400+ from me and everything I've ever owned in one room and claimed that I didn't have a reservation and they couldn't refund it. GM screamed into me and my boyfriends face at the first taste of any conflict and proceeded to threaten to call the police or listen when the situation at had (I was told to cancel a reservation by management because it "interfered" with my paid res and the canceled reservation matched the one I was told to cancel to each letter and she refused to believe it was her fault or refund it.)
Booking.com threatened them with corporate and they let me stay for the rest of my paid time while entering my room 3 times without permission two seeing me naked and claiming they didn't know I was in there.
