Ill start by saying we had NO RESERVATION when we arrived.. they had NO correspondence from YOU. I will not be paying you one penny.. then it went down from there. The room was very dirty looked like they put clean sheets and towels out and that was it. Headboard was discolored, tub hadnt been cleaned in quite awhile, used bar of soap, I could go on and on. Outside of facility was just as bad. Dog poop everywhere, crack pipe, cigarette butts need I say more

There was no carpet in the rooms just flooring good for cleaning ( if they did) after a dog being in there.

The lady on reception was kind enough to unlock the gate to the pool for my son after checking in. However he did not use it as the water was so dirty.

I did not like the cockroaches in our room my son even found one in his bed!! It was very late by that stage we stayed put and checked out at first light. When I reported it to the receptionist she just shrugged.
