The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. The staff was very pleasant and tried to help where they could.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t clean, black mold on the ac unit. Rug was very worn and stained. There were stains on the sheets. Overheard another guest complain about holes in the sheets and wall. Breakfast was not on par with other Super 8 motels I’ve stayed at.

Good price for Lake Havasu. We got the older room, but it was clean and it had everything what you need.
Negatives:
The bed was covered by plastic under the bedsheets so it made noise every time you moved and it wasn't breathing due to this. I understand this protection but it wasn't much comfortable. I didn't like all this single-use plastic + non-recyclable coffee cups and plates at the little breakfast (Coffee, juice, muffins, toast + jam). Using regular dish and then putting it in a dishwasher wouldn't kill anybody. (But that's not this hotel's issue only...)

It was a roof over our head and a place to lay down for the night.

After calling ahead saying we are running behind because of a late flight. We were informed that if we didn't make it by 430 am we would be a no call no show. The room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. The "amazing " complimentary break fast was a communal gallon of milk and stale muffins.
Highly recommend staying here only as a last resort.

The room was very very small the restroom was bigger than the room with the bed the carpets were very torn apart and dirty very bad lightning so dark. Your pet policy seemed to not bother the dogs running up and down the hallway and asked the guest to leach up his dog but told me to mind my owe business and the front desk worker did not care. I am a Wyndham owner and found this place was the worst property I visited in my 40 of owner. The staff is running a very low budget property not to the Wyndham standards, this property needs to be evaluated. Security was very nad.

Falling apart hotel

The hotel was in poor repair. Our room had at least three poorly patched holes in the walls.
Positives:
This worked out perfectly for me. The best thing was the staff. Initially there was a girl who worked the evening shift who was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The young man who replaced her was equally friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The carpeting was old, maybe stained, some plaster repair in the bathroom. I was there for almost a week for a festival so it would have been helpful to have a microwave in the room. I will try to stay here again.

No elevator, 3 flights of stairs, heavy stuff to carry & a bad hip.
