Positives:
Nice hotel close to everything. Breakfast was sufficient but wish it had more hot food options. Overall great place and friendly staff.
Negatives:
There wasn't anything that I didn't like but I did have a suggestion. As I was getting off the elevator I noticed a sign that read "in case of fire use stairs". I'm disabled and use a mobile scooter to get around. So my suggestion would be that to put all the handicap and wheelchair accessible rooms on the bottom floor, because if there was a fire we wouldn't be able to use the stairs. Just a suggestion.

The rooms are big, good location and staff were nice and welcoming.
Negatives:
The breakfast was ok. Filled up once each morning and when the food was gone it was not replaced.
I had ask for the trash to be thrown out and it wasn't by the end of the weekend the trash was piled up.

The hotel had plenty of worn out spots on carpet, walls and hallway floors and the drain area in sink in bedroom was not well cleaned. The bed was too soft for my preference.

Breakfast was poor, that was the biggest downfall of my stay. It was unstocked on 2 of the days I was there, it was served from 6-9 I visited at 7 and most of the food was gone - no more waffle batter, one day, the other day no eggs and sausage, then the day it was available it was horrible, like it was frozen and heated in the microwave. There was 3 type of cereals to choose from 2 was sugary & the bran flakes. There was no fresh fruit avaialble.
