The size of the room was good. We were on the 4th floor, it was quiet.

We had to change rooms immediately after checking in. The toilet in the bathroom was not work. Had we used it, it would have overflowed. So we had to pack back up and move to a different room.

The staff was awesome, very courteous. The lady at check-in was phenomenal, out of her way to accommodate us.
Negatives:
Showing serious signs of wear and tear. A little tender, loving care at the parking lot and pool entrances. A few windows need to be replaced and entrance doors painted and cleaned.

The first room they gave us had trash still and the beds were not made. The second room they gave us still had housekeepers in front of the door and the bed sheets did not look washed. They had lots of hair in the sheets. Carpet in the room was not vacuumed. Some towels were stained. The elevators were old and beat up, in not so good shape
