The staff was awesome, very courteous. The lady at check-in was phenomenal, out of her way to accommodate us.
Negatives:
Showing serious signs of wear and tear. A little tender, loving care at the parking lot and pool entrances. A few windows need to be replaced and entrance doors painted and cleaned.

Breakfast was probably the only thing we liked at this hotel.
Negatives:
The first room they gave us had trash still and the beds were not made. The second room they gave us still had housekeepers in front of the door and the bed sheets did not look washed. They had lots of hair in the sheets. Carpet in the room was not vacuumed. Some towels were stained. The elevators were old and beat up, in not so good shape

I’m on a very strict diet so I prepared my weekend food at home. Upon arriving at hotel the refrigerator was not on. Maintenance came and plugged it in and turned it on. The next morning all my food was frozen and had to be tossed in trash.
