Positives:

Negatives:

Positives:
Nothing
Negatives:
No shampoo, no body wash, bugs crawling, rude service, refuse to help
Negatives:
All rooms should not be pet friendly.I have extremely bad allergies and could barely breathe in the hotel because dogs are permitted. There should be some rooms where animals are not allowed so that those with allergies can sleep comfortably.
Positives:
It was very clean and had everything we needed for a trip in the Arizona parks. The washing machines and dryers were a welcomed plus as we were hiking each day. The breakfasts were filled with lots of nutritional variety to start each days adventures.
Negatives:
No
Positives:
location, slightly out of town, off the main downtown area; room right next to breakfast and coffee, superb bath products provided, great pillows, sink/kitchen/dishwasher not needed for a one night stay, outdoor fireplace
Negatives:
nothing; all good
Review
Exceptional
Positives:
Didn't get a chance to test Breakfast as had to evacuate because of fire alarm
Negatives:
Fire alarm sounded at around 7.30am, my wife is in a wheelchair and has no mobility whatsoever, I dragged some clothes on her and got her into her wheelchair, because of the fire alarm the elevators were out of action and we were on the 3rd floor, i bumped her down the stairs injuring my back in the process we were just thankful to get out of the place into the car park, the fire service started to arrive and then left again, I can only assume a false alarm, my wife would not go back into the hotel, so I went to reception and asked them why we had not received any assistance, they didn't really say much other than they don't really care, I told them we would not be staying any further and they agreed not to charge for the one night, they instead charged us for the 3 nights. I thought a hotel under the Hilton banner would have a fire policy but how wrong I was.
