Nothing. They would not refund us as the 4 rooms they showed us all had a very strong unpleasant odor that are triggers for our respiratory problems.

Location was perfect right across the street from a park where we could walk our dog and next to a delicious Mexican restaurant

The room definitely needed some TLC. Carpet had stains and was falling off the edge of the wall. In the morning we had to take cold showers because there was no hot water and when I told the lady at the front desk she just said no body else complained.

The facility is not great, no usb charger, everything is old. Standing lighter is not working. No swimming pool can be used. Sometime no hat water.

Location. About 10 mins away from Antelope Canyon tour. Room was pretty big and the tub and linens were clean. Good water pressure.

VERY run down. The furniture looked like it had been picked up off the side of the road. There were gnats in the room. The sink and the mirror had dents and scratches. There was a hole in the floor at the bottom of the toilet. Just rough shape overall.

We chose this hotel because it was affordable and the location.

Its NOT a hotel, its a really bad motel out of a scary movie. I did not feel safe nor would I ever stay here again. Im not sure how they pass any health inspections, very sketchy , run-down & hundreds of broken down appliances makes up the view.

I like the big space. The room couch and the beds.

Was clean but not fully clean. There was trash on the floor in the drawer the sink was clogged. Trash on top of thr fridge. And that big sign in the way out front of the office.

Very close In Town. The room we got was different layout than Id ever seen. It went bedroom. Bathroom. The another bedroom. But great room. Parking right in front of the room. And lots of food near by. Even Safeway across the street.

The shower did not get warm enough for my liking. And the road noise cuz so close was tad loud but I lived

The card keys failed from time to time. In the end, they needed to be flashed again in the office. This happened almost every day even in the morning when we were leaving.
