Hotel rooms appear dated. Evidence of lonstanding leaks in bathroom. Very disappointed that pool was closed. Traveling with kids who were looking forward to swimming. It would have been nice to have been notified ahead of time, or even at check in.

They try to put me up in the handicap room, the front desk refused to make the the change. Management was called in to make the decision on making changes. I finally got my room changed after 45 minutes later. Set me up in a better room.
