Positives:
Check in staff was excellent. Breakfast was very minimal.

The view was a beautiful panoramic spectacle. The room was large and updated w a nice balcony. Staff was super nice and allowed an early check in. The bathtub was old and towels basic but for the price, it exceeded my expectations. Would I stay again-yes!

Nothing, the location was fine but there are many other hotels in the vicinity to choose from - please do so!
Negatives:
This is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had for a long time, it feels like you are staying there the night before it closes for good. The staff clearly don't want to be there and I don't blame them! Rundown, dirty and feels like the Shining.

The handwash sinck and the bath tub was clogged couple of times. We didn't get hot water in the morning throughout our stay which was disappointing. Because of that, I had to shift my morning bath to evening.

Facility is run down. Outside doors won't close, removing a level of security. Grounds not very well maintained.

Bathroom sink didnt have a stopper. The toilet ran every few seconds. The tub drain was very slow to drain.

The hotel is nice room is big comfortable but it took us more than an hour to check in. We came around midnight, no body is at front desk, we called, we texted waited and waited more an hour, we either answer the phone at front desk, two customer came in, cant wait for help and left to the next hotel. When the guy finally come out, it was around 1:30 am.
