Location - good getaway for Navajo Reserve, Zion or Bryce. Lots of parking space
Negatives:
- The service was really bad. We were at first placed in a room that was (to our surprise) previously assigned to someone else, so we walked in on someone chilling in that room and it was really embarrassing. At the front desk, we got a new room but did not even hear an apology, just a guy mumbling the f word.
- There was a full thrash bag in the corridor overflowing with food for 2 days straight! Nobody bothered to clean that up.
- The breakfast was really poor. No hot options besides a microvawed tortilla which got all crusty after reheating.

Really poor service. Front desk assigned us to a room with another people in it! Dirty corridors.

Location and room size were great. Hotel looked good on the outside.
Negatives:
Service was really bad. Staff was unfriendly and seemed bothered by any requests made. For instance couldnt use any toilets and hour before check-in time. Breakfast was the worst weve ever had. You can serve a simple and cheap breakfast that is still edible. Probably would be better to not serve breakfast at all. There was a full trash bag in the hallway for 2 days that had food in it (which probably explains all the dirt marks on the floor). Room had a hole in the door (seemed unsafe for kids).
