Awesome! Super comfy bed, quiet, clean, large rooms excellent shower. Pool and hot tub were working, functioning properly and accessible. Bonus was the fire pit & grill! Yes! THEY HAVE A GAS GRILL! Bring your meats. They have fire. Associates were professional, friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again.

Laura Logan cussed me and threatened me. She was mad because the digs were not charged on my entry. They were aware of the dogs and she also insisted i pay for the room which i had already paid for on 12/08. Prior to my 12/29 arrival. Because she cussed me and put her finger in my face in the hotel lobby in front of people, she was very unprofessional. I was not allowing her to charge me for the room that i had paid for in advance on 12/08. I will speak with her Manger that is with Hampton but not her. She is hostile and rude.
