Some of the staff, like the front desk lady who got us extra towels and the maids were awesome! The hotel was a dump and smelt like cigarettes.
Negatives:
Cracks and holes in the asbestos fill ceiling. Carpets were ripped and torn in several places. Lite switches were covered in filth. The bed was rock hard. I have posted several pictures of how absolutely disgusting this place is! I refused to shower!

It reminded me of a ghost hotel. The front desk lady was rude. She didn't greet us or smile. She didn't volunteering any info to us like what time was breakfast or where to go. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, fruit cocktail, and little boxes of cereal, and a couple of muffins. The website advertises a breakfast! Terrible!

One older lady of the four desk clerks is very rude. Never smiles, I don't know why she is in this position.

Clean, fresh rooms, beds made up well & helpful staff.
Negatives:
The hotel room, bathroom and furnishings look like they should have been upgraded 5 years ago. Our carpet had strands missing. There was a red stain color in the carpet between the beds, I hope it was paint. The building structure looks sound and a thorough remodel would make this a nice place to stay. It has great potential.

The place was expensive for what you got but with Spring Training maybe the high rate was what they do. The place was tired needed a fresh look. Drapes in our room were shabby but it did seem clean. Continental breakfast was the weakest I have ever seen...
