Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept.
Negatives:
The room was dirty, paint peeling, dusty. There was a smoke detector beeping all night just outside the door, was told there is no maintenance on weekends. No smoking campus...people were smoking at the pool. For an expensive room, very dissappointing.

This is an older hotel in need of an update, the couch in the room is dirty, the tile work in the bath is old and shows repairs done. The price for such a room was very high ($1200/ 3 days), the room was next to an elevator and sounds of the elevator were obvious. Both elevators in the hotel we used need work, they were both very slow and had bumps and irregular jumping when in use.

Location to Spring Training baseball and restaurants.
Negatives:
The door keys frequently did not work. The coffee was not very good. Breakfast was just OK.

The check in staff was very pleasant.
Negatives:
The room was in desperate need of some maintenance and remodeling. The doors and frames were disgusting. The ceiling had a crappy repair with different paint colors..the door lock was off centered so it was very hard to get to lock. The beds were definitely not queen size they were more like a full.
