The location of the hotel was perfect. Easy to get to, friendly staff. The breakfast was wonderful every morning we were there (six mornings).

Our room had a musty stink to it that never went away. Keep the air on high to continuously get fresher air in the room. We looked forward to the pool and relaxing.pool wasnt working the hot tub had only two jets working. Very disappointed.

Hallway smelled, room was dated and not thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast was subpar and dangerous (they left food requiring refrigeration out). We didn't try the potentially sickening foods but it was not appetizing. Also "long term" guests loitering.

The beds were not regularl mattress. New modern type mattress but only about 4 inches thick. Prefer a thicker mattress that holds your weight better

1. Room was not clean 2. No housekeeping to clean our room and had to request towels. 3. No soaps in the shower. 4. Curtains were filthy. 5. Found Valentine's Day card from previous guest, which means room wasn't cleaned. 6. Exercise equipment worn.

This Country Inn and Suites was far inferior to others I have stayed at. The room smelled and was worn out, although the bed was comfortable. I would never, ever stay at this hotel again.

hotel clerk, ignored me, became verbally aggressive with me, had walked away from serving me, and used insulting language towards me. They could not refund me so I felt obligated to spend the night there feeling unsafe.
