You can't close the curtains all the way. There has to be a little bit open in which the sun would shine up all the room in the early morning. I have had to keep the AC on because the street is so noisy from the cars in the morning. Other than that the trip was very pleasant and the staff was very welcoming, nice and professional.

We’re given the totally wrong information about shuttle service by the night front desk staff on 3/27 between 9:30 to 10:30pn. First half an hour, shea kept our calls on hold then finally told to wait at door 9 North at terminal 3 and look for the county inn & suits shuttle bus. Waited another half an hour then found out there’s no shuttle bus service to the hotel. She supposed to send a pickup service by Lyft for us, but instead told to wait at door 9 north! Can’t believe how she giving the totally incorrect info the begin with. After an hour wait with the several attempt, she ask to our cell# for the first time to send the Lyft service. Very incapable limited ability to work at the front desk. When arrived, other two guests waiting for assisting but no one at front desk. Two female staff showed up from the hallway afterwards. It was not busy at all.
