Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well equipped room (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, iron, hair dryer). Good breakfest and starting very early in the morning. Shuttle to the airport without problems.

This hotel offer a free transport from and to the airport. The number I called didn't answer so I had to take a cab. I had asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room facing to the busy University Drive. After complaing they gave me a room facing to the quieter parking lot but having the central A/C in front of my window. So far about customer service. There was a computer in the lobby, but the mouse didn't work - so completely useless. The cable of one lamp was so horribly twisted that the isolation was broken and the copper wire was exposed. The pool was closed.
