The front desk gentleman was awesome along with the lady that was working with him. Friendly. The ladies that were there when we first came in not so friendly

The beds are rock hard you looked out the window roof had broken refrigerator not a nice view. Didnt realize you only got free breakfast if you were a diamond member. And if you werent I was treated by snobs. The breakfast prices were ridiculous.

One of the main reasons we selected this property for our stay was that it has a pool. When we arrived, we learned that the pool was closed for "maintenance" - looked like it was undergoing a major overhaul. The hotel provided no advanced notice and this was very disappointing. We would have chosen something else had we known the pool was not available. The hotel should have alerted us about this prior to our stay or offered some kind of discount.

Just a little older than other locations I’ve been to but it was clean. They should remove the wall texture and the popcorn ceilings to upgrade it it kinda felt like if I wasn’t in a double tree.the pool was also not filled.

This hotel stayeas awful and priceljne made it 1000 times worse
Negatives:
Pool was closed, restaurant was dirty with an ice machine making a ton of noise. Room had black hair all over it and had to be switched rooms. Maid walked in room without knocking while I was changing.
Positives:
Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Hotel is in a great location convenient for places to eat and go to for activities. Pet friendly! Safe.
Negatives:
Didn’t help that the mirror in our room was not bolted on the wall in our room fell twice once on me once on my puppy. Also it’s a big hotel and only one elevator for the whole building

Short but pleasant stay
Positives:
Convenient location with plenty of major chain restaurants within walking distance if you dont feel like eating at the restaurant in the hotel. My room was nice and clean. The cookies are a nice touch.
Negatives:
The beds were very uncomfortable was hard kept tossing and turning all night. In-room coffee could use some improvement better brand. I couldnt enjoy the cookie I have a walnut allergy would be nice to offer a cookie without nuts.

Very disappointed because no swimming pool available. We were never told this in advance. I talked to the manager as I felt we should have received a discount as we travelled from snowy MIchigan to sunny Arizona expecting to spend time at the pool in the sunny 78 degree weather. Cross Hilton off my list for future stays.
