This hotel stayeas awful and priceljne made it 1000 times worse
Negatives:
Pool was closed, restaurant was dirty with an ice machine making a ton of noise. Room had black hair all over it and had to be switched rooms. Maid walked in room without knocking while I was changing.
Positives:
Convenient location with plenty of major chain restaurants within walking distance if you dont feel like eating at the restaurant in the hotel. My room was nice and clean. The cookies are a nice touch.
Negatives:
The beds were very uncomfortable was hard kept tossing and turning all night. In-room coffee could use some improvement better brand. I couldnt enjoy the cookie I have a walnut allergy would be nice to offer a cookie without nuts.

Yes, the pool was empty with a small pool of dirty water at the bottom; the popcorn ceilings, and overall, REALLY needing a remodel job in all the rooms. Structurally our room looked like a hotel 6, however, the furniture/bedding was great!

Pricey breakfast buffet/food for what is offered. Shower door leaked. Did not provide wash cloths when room cleaned. No shampoo just conditioners provided. Someones car was broken into in parking lot. Pool and spa not opened due to maintenance.

The location. Found out after one night that is not in a very good part of town. was a shooting nearby one night.

The rooms were kind of run down and musty smelling. Our second night, a dog barked for over an hour in the middle of the night. I had stayed there about 6 months earlier and the rooms had seemed much better and not moldy smelling, cleaner.
