The big rooms!

I like everything !! the location was so close to the light rail which made it easy to get to the AirPort and Downtown Phoenix. There is a nice street alongside the airport that I love, I walked it in the morning to get downtown. The staff were so friendly and amazing, there was a nice fellow at the bar who was great with small talk when serving the complimentary drinks. The breakfast was out of this world !! My room was a king suite, it was clean and fresh, the staff was available incase I needed anything at all like more cups and they respected my "do not disturb" sign in the mornings. Ultimately, I had THE best time. I will be staying there again.
Negatives:
The pictures of the pool made the pool look a lot bigger than it was, so I was disappointed with that.

I have stayed at many Embassy Suites over the year. This one by far was the must disappointing several reasons. First the room it self was the small. Next the breakfast was sub par not a lot of variety of food selection. Finally im disable need a handicap shower chair but I was told they dont carries them at the hotel...

It was the worst stay....
Positives:
It was a cool hotel! I appreciated the location, bartenders were good, dinner and breakfast were good. Loved my view and the room was comfortable.
