The decor in the lobby was very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I was disappointed that we were put in a room that was infested with roaches that came out when it was dark. The room was extremely cold. We had to ask for a heater and more blankets. We were able to move to another room which was better.

Not what I expected after a long day of travel.

Decent Hot Breakfast. Cheri at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The only thing abut our room # 118 was apparently the bath/shower had been re bathed and the material used was flaking off and rolling up on the bottom and the sides. Looked terrible. I didn't want to take a shower in it. I would say that needs to be fixed. Being a travel agent and our headquarters is practically across the street AAA Arizona I would want to get that fixed ASAP.

We enjoyed the staff and the the campus

We had one of the premium suites bathroom has mold, lavatory very dirty carpet you needed to wear shoes, balcony had bird poop overall cleanliness terrible!! Called maintenance, three times to get a coffee maker that worked and it took two hours to get a couple quesadillas. We were actually told by the bar and Grill Im too busy to make two quesadillas.

The fish ponds inside were the only thing I enjoyed during my stay.
Negatives:
My stay was awful. The location of my room. The smell of the hotel its self was awful. It was outdated for the price. Most importantly my room had many ROACHES!!!!!
Positives:
There was an issue with both of the rooms that I stated because I had to switch rooms. However, the weather, the stuff handled the situation made up for all of that!
