It was not like it was pictured. We got to our room and it was dirty, smelled awful of smoke which it was a non smoking room. The bathroom had not been cleaned in I dont know how long, with black mold covering the shower! Needless to say we didnt stay!

There was NO breakfast! We went for my granddaughters sweet 16 weekend, they didn't even want to stay with us in the room. Couldn't get hot water for a long time. Kitchenette faucet fell off in your hand when you turned it on. There was no toaster like we thought, no coffee maker, then they gave me this mini one the next day but no coffee for it. The beds and coach was so uncomfortable as well. Comet still on surfaces in shower. Tree outside room was so infested with birds unlike we ever seen before. They didn't make the rent-a-car look pretty. My younger granddaughter thought they had 2 tvs.
And nevermind the warm welcome, he was a very cold individual!

Strange people around the hotel w/trash everywhere. Doors,walls,chair are dirty,CARPET is near BLACK-Beyond a Health Hazard. They are stuck, as it is too late to find somewhere else to go. **Dangerously Filthy, & Frightening. TRULY DISGUSTING
