It was not like it was pictured. We got to our room and it was dirty, smelled awful of smoke which it was a non smoking room. The bathroom had not been cleaned in I dont know how long, with black mold covering the shower! Needless to say we didnt stay!

Strange people around the hotel w/trash everywhere. Doors,walls,chair are dirty,CARPET is near BLACK-Beyond a Health Hazard. They are stuck, as it is too late to find somewhere else to go. **Dangerously Filthy, & Frightening. TRULY DISGUSTING

The room smell toilet was plugg since the first nigth and we have to wait until 8am so they can help us breakfast only coffe and granolas and sunday morning at 7am no more coffe no oatmeal really disappointment

Funny enough. We got the same room. Everything was excellent. The people that stay there. Make it feel as if youre family. Wish is a blessing

So we stayed in the same room. Only thing that I didnt like was it looked like no one came in cleaned it prior to us getting there. But there was hair on the walls of the shower. And dried poop along the rim of the toilet seat

Everything else, I called twice ahead of time to check on the cleanliness of the hotel and was told the pictures were an accurate representation of the rooms just to get 5.5 hrs away from home and fund out that was not the case. The first room was horribly dirty and stunk, so they switched us to another room which was a little cleaner BUT had bed bugs which we ended up bringing home with us smh. This experience was horrible being that I was out there for a medical procedure the following morning and ended up being extremely stressed out due to having to check out and sit in the car to find another hotel room late at night. Very horrible experience, I would never stay again!!!!!!!

Didnt like that the towels were really thing pretty much had to use all of them to dry off. Also the internet. The ad for this place says free WiFi. Doesnt say anywhere that you can increase the speed by paying so much money on top of the room.

Only thing I like best about the hotel was the price the customer service was poor the room was poor everything was just below standards I stayed at many extended stays in the past and have more better experience I couldn't even get good directions,

I didn't like anything the staff at the front desk was very rude not caring I mean just like obnoxious and didn't even help when I asked for directions to get there they stared me in the wrong direction I mean it was just the room was poor it was terrible

This hotel is so run down it's dirty he gave me keys for several rooms and it was very unacceptable I did not feel safe in that environment so I never even stayed I just want my money back

Well they showed me 1st room & wasnt happy bout it then showed me 2nd room I took & Pfft didnt realize that NO PILLOWCASE on damn pillows which I had (4) & No pillowcases pfft so check out next morning & manager.

Everything else. Room was not cleaned prior to rental. Found other people's hair accessories in the bed, soap dish in shower had hair and lint in it, linens stained and with brown fingerprints, toilets didn't flush. Will not go back.
