Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I left first night and slept In my car. I went back to take a shower and the key card didn’t even work, a dog was barking and jumping in the window next door. I went to tell staff to move me or accommodate for the issues and they were just sorry all booked excuse. Doubt it though. So I want a refund or I just fired the cc bill

liked nothing about the facilities. The room had a funky smell. The bathroom had mold in it. The staff was not helpful at all. I had someone try to get into my room while I was sleeping. Thankfully the latch was on. When I mentioned it to the morning staff they gave me attitude and said if the latch was on no one got in. But is that the point? I asked if they have random people with keys to rooms walking around and got attitude and not apologies and we will look into it. She seemed to think it was my fault somehow that someone opened my door while sleeping.
This locations staff have no personalities. I walking in at about 9pm to go to my room and the lady at the desk sat there doing nothing saying nothing for a minute or 2. Then after the awkward stare at eachother she finally asked for my reservation not a hi how are you nothing just a look like I was ruining her night.
To end this I have to say this location is probably one of the worst I've ever been in. Has great potential however the staff isn't the most personable. So fix the staffs attitude and clean the facilities has possibilities but the staff that I ran into should all be let go in my personal opinion. Get people that are customer service oriented not people that don't like talking to people to do their job.
I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but I am stressing that they need to either train the people or get new people. It's not a friendly place. I definitely would never ever stay here again. It's ruined my opinion against the whole brand of yours. I most likely will never stay at any of them again. Totally soured on your brand from the 1 location.
